Michelle has worked in HR in various capacities for over 10 years and holds an SPHR certification. The majority of her experience has focused on Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Training. During her career, she has helped companies to streamline their onboarding processes to create a seamless and inviting first impression to new employees. Michelle has also used innovative recruiting techniques to fill positions in tight labor markets.
